The Issues of Sin in Witnessing

Sin is not an issue in witnessing. See Colossians 2:14

The Witness must be motivated by Bible Doctrine only, which is taught by The Holy Spirit. 

Mankind is helpless to save himself; blood must be shed for the remission of sins, not

• Works
• Rituals
• Legalistic Life Styles
• Ignorance

Since witnessing is God's policy, we must always be true to God's Word.  We should represent God's Word Which means that we must know God's Word and apply it our lives daily.

Witnessing and evangelism are ministries of The Holy Spirit, they exclude human works because only the Grace of God can overcome spiritual death; therefore, we are required to understand the TRUTH.

Gifts vary but TRUTH but does not. God The Holy Spirit will use that which we possess to witness to others.  Our ability to be used as a witness for Christ is based on our perception of Bible Doctrine.

Pertinent Bible Doctrine is the weapon used in witnessing such as:

Passages which deal with the Person of Christ

• Knowing that unbelievers will reject the Bible as the Word of God until they become believers, so use it and let God The Holy Spirit minister.
• Knowing that Gospel is the Power of God to salvation
• The Bible is ABSOLUTE TRUTH. 2 Peter 1:12-21
• The Bible is the Source of the Gospel
• The Bible is the Mind of Christ
• The Bible is Divine Power
• The Bible will never return void
• The Bible endures forever.
